NEW Sony HDR-XR520VE - When ??

Has anybody got an idea when this stunning new model is due out ?

As an SX11 owner and having owned many previous Sony handy cams I am really looking forward to the GPS feature for both Movies and photos which will hopefully work well with ILIFE 09 and also the much improved low light performance thanks to the Exmor™ R CMOS Sensor... Plus 240GB HDD !!... amongst other things

It really does promise to take camcorder performance to the next level

but watch the Price:

UK retail £1200 (SRP)
UK internet £1100 (play.com)
Switzerland internet CHF1362.10 (around GBP810).

even with 15% VAT on import, it's cheaper to buy from Switzerland, or even better, have a weekend shopping and collect yourself instead of paying the tax. And that's when the GBP is low and CHF high.
