Re: Sony SR 11 or Sr 12

Be aware though that there is Amazon itself, and then there is the Amazon Marketplace, which includes a vast number of sellers, not all of whom are necessarily as good to deal with as Amazon. For example, Simply Electronics used to be (still are?) part of the Amazon Marketplace.

I have a SR-12 great cam but if you can save a resonable amount the SR 11 may be fine for you as it still has a 60GB hd,dont forget though that new improved models are soon to come out but you would not get the discounts that the current pair have, its horses for courses.

Re: Sony SR 11 or Sr 12

Why am i losing at least 10% resolution exporting from either the hard drive or the memory stick,i always thought although a good picture the sharpness was a little less than my fx-7s but after testing i found the sr-12 to have at least as much resolution as the fx-7 on max sharpness playing from cams to tv, but after exporting the sr 12 loses around 10%,this is obvious putting clips side by side.the difference stays if a avchd is made.
