Looking for a cheap camcorder with hot shoe and SD card or HDD.

Video quality not that important, sound has no importance.

It needs to be cheap-ish, have a hot shoe (so I can fit and power a video light) and use either SD cards or have a HDD.

Canon FS100? That might have an accessory shoe. Video lights generally need to be self-powered however.
