Green lines across the picture PMB

Has anyone else had this problem? When I open PMB then go to trimming Video to Edit the video I get vertical green or magenta lines thru the main picture. 1 inch green 1 inch reg. picture 1 inch green 1 inch reg. picture clear across the picture.
I am still able to edit the picture.
Any ideas?
