I'm trying to find a pouch for a camcorder that can hold a camcorder but still allow you to record with on. (kind of a camcorder skin)

All bags/holders/pouches for camcorders are just for storage, any one know of anything like I'm looking for?

Try an Ebay search for (underwater, waterproof) (camera, camcorder)
for some ideas, might not be exactly what you specified but maybe throw up something suitable for purpose.
