Robust Camcorder

I'm off snowboarding next week and would love to get some great footage of myself and friends.

Looking for advice on which camcorders are built for extreme sports or very robust at the least. Also need to be good and motion footage.

Any advice? Googling isn't yielding much so far

Ideally don't want to spend more then £400 but if it is necesary I can go higher.

Re: Robust Camcorder

Buy the viosport pov1 in the UK

Not the best quality helmet cam picture wise but still pretty good and very very robust.
Mark at Dogcam is a great guy to deal with too and customer care is superb in my opinion. If you do a google search for POV.1 gadget show you will see it tested. Oh and if you say Wayne recommended him i'm sure he could move a bit on that price

I have had lots of helmet cam set ups and although i have had some better quality than this i never felt safe about bringing them home in 1 piece whereas with this you can rest assured it will take the abuse
