Question Is Sanyon Xacti VPC-HD1010 good value at £308?

Hi all

I am very keen in getting a hi-def camcorder and would not in any class myself as an expert user. I want a camcorder that can take good quality clips, is portable and above all not too heavy on the wallet.

Does anyone have an HD1010 and what do they think of it? Is it worth £308 as I am very tempted to go for it.

Regards

BA

Would be grateful if anyone has any input on this as it is only on offer at this price today. Seems to be £370-390 elsewhere.

This might help: Sony TG3 or Sanyo HD1010

Doing a forum search might be an idea, if you haven't already.

Sorry I didn't reply before now. Have been at work all day. Yes it was the iBood offer. Unfortunately I faffed around too long making a decision and missed out on it also.
