Sony HD-SR5 Camcorder Transfer Problems

Need help...when viewing my recorded video on the camcorder all is smooth and clear. When transferred using the Picture Motion Browser software and replaying the video is jerky like movements like it recorded only every third frame. Do I have a software issue, hardware issue or user error? Thanks in advance for any insight!

This is hard to answer without the specifications of your computer hardware (especially processor and graphics card). More detail?
