Digital Camcoder needed with 0 lux/night vision

Hi we are looking for a digital camcorder for a paranormal investigation group so we need a camcorder with 0 lux/nightvision we have a budget of up to £250. can anyone suggest a camcorder to me that will record in infared/0 lux/nightvision.

The Sony's DV are the only camera that offer true night vision (in b/w) infra red, they have done for years, I have the DCR-HC27 which I bought a couple of years ago just for this function, it was releatively cheap (around £150) but I don't know if they're still available, other models have it also, just do a search
