Panasonic HD9 and Playstation 3

Hi - I have a HD9 camcorder. If I copy the files to my NAS storage can I stream the native files (.msi format) through a PS3 to an HDTV or do I need to convert it to some other HD format. If so anyone know how to without losing quality?

Thanks
