Talking HELP please! Sony Handycam


Hi there

I'm desparetly looking for some help and will be forever grateful to whoever can help me.

I bought a Sony Handycam HDR-SR5E a few months back however it did not include the software and so I can not get my videos on to my computer.

I have tried EVERYTHING! Links... other software... Sony website and stores - - - NOTHING!!

Please can someone tell me how I can do it? Does anyone have a link that I can follow to downloa any software?

PLEASE HELP ME!!
