Lights for cams

At first I was going to by a Canon light for my Canon MVX25 but the other day I was in maplins and I brought my self a kind of small floodlight torch for £20.00.

I put in a mic stand and used it while I was doing an outdoor acoustic gig .
The light may not be as powerful as lets say the Canon's own brand but
It did the job perfectly plus it only needed three standerd batterys which cost me £3.00 .

here's the link:

20 LED Spotlight > Maplin

Its amazing , it last for days plus I am not soaking up the cam's battery power.

I think Led technology is great.

I don't need to buy the Canon's own light which I would say cost three times as much.
