a few sony HDR SR12 questions please!

hey guys!!

i just got a sony HDR SR12 & i think its the nutz

just a couple questions to those who already own one or know about this great little camcorder!

1. when shooting video, HDFH is the best quality right?

2. anyway to transfer stuff i have shot from the camera's HDD to the memory stick please? and visa versa? (using only the SR12)

3. any way to take pics while watching video play back please? i.e i see something i like so 'SNAP' take a pic!

ahh no probs!! didnt even know that the full manual is on the included disc!! DOH!!

thought the supplied paper manual was a little thin!!
sorted it all now!! cheers!!
