Best stabilization software

I have an mpeg movie, and I want to stabilize it with a very good software in order to reduce shakiness and to keep the uncompressed quality of the original movie... Is it possible? Any suggestions?

PS. I use Windows XP, and the movie is shot in SD.

Re: Best stabilization software

Many software have "stabilisation " filters
Best too use a tripod in the first place and the filters can degrade vido and introduce unacceptable softness except in the case of costly plugs in for higher end software
