Picture in Picture sizes in Vegas 8 using HD footage from a Sony HC9?

Suffering from brain fog at the moment and I wanted to try editing four clips (one above the other) over a background clip, so as to see four pictures on the screen at the same time.
I have the figures for doing this using a SD DV format, but what would they be for Widescreen HD footage from a Sony HC9 edited with Vegas 8?

Many thanks for any help you can offer
