Aiptek Pocket DV3100 & DV2 Cameras

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying either a Aiptek Pocket DV3100 or a Pocket DV2!! But had a couple of queries that cant find the answer to..

Apparently there is a 'auto-power off' function if the camera is idle for 60 seconds.... is it possible to disable this function?

Also, if the camera is being powered by USB, is it still possible to output video via the cameras AV-Out socket?

Finally, am I right in thinking that the camera does not need to have any batteries in it, whilst it is being powered from USB.

I am assuming that the answer to the above questions would be the same for both models of camera, please let me know if this is wrong.

Any help will be greatly appreicated.

Thanks
