Sony DCR-SR32E Handycam Utility problem

Hello! I have problem with importing video from Camera to PC. I have installed Sony picture utility from disc+ update from web... I have usb connection. I have removed codecs from pc. I can see camera's HDD from My computer, and i see video+ photo on it, but i can't see all files in Handycam Utility =(.It says 0 videos and 0 photos on HDD.
P.S. I have Windows xp sp3
