jumping frames when rendered with Sony Vegas

Hi folks,

When i render mpeg2 in Sony Vegas i'm getting a sort of jumping (wobble) frames in some of my video when played back from dvd or on the ps3...

i am rendering as

Mpeg2

Video: 25 fps, 720x576
Use this setting to create a PAL Widescreen video-only MPEG-2 file compatible with DVD Architect.

the video is widescreen - captured.. using sony vegas.. when i play back the captured file its fine.. just when i render it so there must be something in the rendering process thats introducing the errors...

any ideas?

Cheers,
Mick
