Shooting an interview - advice on camera, lighting, greenscreen etc?

I want to ask some questions about which equipment you fellows use for your video shooting.

I need to get some equipment together, but don't really know where to start.
Can anyone recommend a good camera - doesn't have to be HD but would be better if it was. Something around the £500 - £1200 mark.

Would be used for corporate video shoots and interviews.

Also, does anyone have experience of green screen? I need to get a relatively inexpensive one - would be used with someone standing in front of it in a medium shot.

And more importantly, what do you use to light your work (which would work for interviews?

Thanks!
