Angry "File Failed" problem with my Aiptek A-HD+ 1080p SD Card/Hard Drive camcorder

Ok, first of all, this only happens when I record by plugging the camcorder's AV input jack into the AV input/output on my camcorder, and the red, yellow, and white AV jacks plug into my TV's AV output in the back. I turn on the camcorder, scroll down to "AV in" and select it, and I see exactly wat's on my TV since it's streaming the video to my camcorder also. Here's the problem, when I record, everytime it reaches 46 seconds, it says "File Failed" and it stops recording. When I go to playback mode and watch the video that was failed, the audio was way ahead of the video cuz the video was in slow-motion for some reason. I never had this problem before with video capturing! And the wierd thing is, it did this to my brother when he was recording Halo 3, and it stopped recording by itself after a few minutes, but when we tried it again, it worked. Plz someone help!!!!!!!!

Just so u guys know, this is wat the camcorder was capable of capturing before this problem:

Hmm, I have that same camera and I've never had this problem....could it be just a bug in the camcorder?

I tested it with my Wii game and it worked perfectly fine...it only seems to do this with my N64. The video goes in slo-mo when I record my N64 game, but the audio is fine. Here's a picture of them:
