Taking full payment for something not in stock wouldn't be unusual, as there are some products a company might only keep to order if they don't sell regularly, but if the webpage said it was in stock, then it's wrong, unless there was an error of course.
You've contacted these guys on several ocassions, and nothing has come of it. A refund can be done on the same day. Just go straight to Barclaycard, and get it sorted sooner rather than later, in case they disappear.
