| New Member | Sanyo Xacti HD1000 broken...help
In January bought the HD1000 to film our new little one growing up. 3 weeks ago, when filming I noticed purple wavy line on the screen as if a connection was going, now when I turn it on, no image, just a whole screen of purple wavy lines that are not moving. Bizarrely when I film, it films the purple lines. Bought at Jessops, should I take it back there, or Sanyo?? (how would I do this) Cant find the warranty card but presuming as its only 6 months and I have thre receipt Jessops would replace it? thanks for any pointers, first time anything major I have purchased has gone 'wrong' Tree! |
