Video Editing Software

Recommendations for video editing software please.

My V Camera is Panasonic HDC-SD5
So need AVCHD and HD

My Pc is high spec and running Vista so operating the software should not be a problem.

Been looking at Corel U Lead 11.5 plus but will looking at all options before parting with more cash.

Stick with Corel Ulead 11.5
It seems to have enough of what you need.
Sony Vegas MSP8 doest not output AVCHD and some have reported iisues with Panasonic 1080p files and Canon 25 f(p) files
Nero vision ( part of Nero 8 ) does work but is a bit basic ..Nice to have if you already have it though
Pinnacle Studio 12 is getting some grunts from new users 9 it is only recently released)
