Help please !!

Hi All,

I have a problem with my Panasonic NV-GS11 digital Video Camera, and was wondering if anyone can help

For some reason the camera won't power up, be it with the fully changed battery or the mains power. it does nothing not even 1 light ! It is possible that one of my kids could have used the wrong power cable as I have a few around my desk. is it possible that the camera could have been damage if the wrong cable was used? or is there a fuse that's blown? I have a cassette in the camera that I can't get out, so any advice would be greatly appreciated
Cheers
Barrie
