Panasonic NVMX5B

I have been searching in connection with purchasing my first camcorder. Anyway, while looking through RGBdirect's website I sawa Panasonic NVMX5B for £380. I done a quick search and was unable to find any review on this camcorder and the spec sheet looks quite impressive - does anyone own one or have any experience with the model.

I am also looking at 3 models from Sony (TRV145, 245, 250) so if anyone can give me some feedback that will be most appreciated.

My requirements are very basic:
1) iLink - so I can copy my recordings to CD
2) Ability to record well under dim light conditions (i.e. parties, night time etc)
3) Good picture and audio
