Question Display a video frame for 1 second before continuing?

I have a video and half way through, I want to stop the video on the frame it's on (I know the frame I want) and display it for 1 second - before the video continues.

How would I go about this?

I think you'll need to supply more information here. Are you editing the video? If so, what software are you using? There is usually a still function somewhere. Or are you viewing the video using your camera as a player? - Which would make holding for a second at a definite point fairly touch and go.

If youhave it in an editor just export the frame or take a snapshot whatever your softwarecalls it .Then reinsert at the correct point and adjust that frames time

Thumbs up Re: Display a video frame for 1 second before continuing?

Oops sorry, it was Premiere Pro CS3.

I exported the frame and reinserted it. Worked a charm - thank you!
