Hi,
Can anyone help at all?
Someone in my family has asked if I can get their Sony CCD-TR105E camcorder to work.

All seems in good condition, but the image in the viewfinder is just a very slim line down the centre of the image.

The image does appear to be changing as you move the camcorder around i.e. the lens appears to capturing something.

Same in playback mode - a thin line of image in the centre.


Is this dinosaur finished or repairable?

is it the same when playing back through the tv, and will it record still ,if the answers are yes and no then it has an obvious fault and would probobly cost more to repair than its worth.
