Export Avchd From Pc To Sony Hdr-tg3

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EXPORT AVCHD VIDEO BACK TO MY TG3 MEMORY STICK WITH PICTURE MOTION BROWSER,HAVING FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS,I AM AT A LOSS.I AM GETTING THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE

"the currently connected Handycam does not support receiving files from this program"

ANY ADVICE,CHEERS

I believe it's down to or silly Tax laws.

The instructions apply to the TG1, if this was enabled on the TG3 then it would be classed as a Video Recorder !! and then it would have to cost a lot more, bit silly.

By the way using caps means your SHOUTING
