Exclamation Need help with the Sony HDR-SR7!!

Firstly this camera is absolutely stunning and is wonderful in every way

The one problem I have found is after taking video off the hard drive I can't put it back on after editing it to display it on my HDTV

does anyone know how to do this?

I would be a great help thanks
