i've just purchased a PanasonIc SDR-S7 camcorder and have take some still shots on my SD card but can't get the camcorder to talk to my PC? I've uploaded the software etc and have used the USB port and cables supplied without any joy.....?

Does my existing USB port need updating?

Or if i buy a SDHC memory card with adapter, will this solve the problem??
