1080@60i, what frame wrate when encoding and deinterlace?

Have a Xactia and was wondering that when captruing using it at 1920 x 1080and 60i, I deinterlace it then encode to WMV which is progessive so what is the final frame rate for the encode 30 or 60?...

30p would keep the same frame rate.
