Hi guys,

My dad has a Sony DCR-PC100E and he is unable to use his camera anymore as he keeps getting an error.

The error that comes up:
C:32:11 and a picture with a tape with a line through it.

I have tried a different tape, removing the battery for 20mins, held the reset button for 1 min. Not really sure what else to try? but I don't know what the error code means either?
