is it better

I was going to buy the Canon MD101 £136
as it has some good reviews on this forum.
Then I saw a Canon MD205, is this a better
buy or should I stick to to the MD101.

The MD205 is essentially the new version of the MD101. Very little difference in spec. The MD205 has a video light built in. I'd expect the quality to be very similar. If the price is the same or close I'd go for the MD205, just as it is the newer model.
