reccomendations camcorder and headcam combo

Hi all

Looking for recommendations for a camcorder with head cam attachment


Ideally it would have
Camcorder battery would power head cam when required
Decent battery life
On board screen
Suit a harsh environment

Its going to take a reasonable amount of stick ime goanna be using it for skiing and recording ta / army cadet activities so sports and running through woods

I would be wanting to put the camcorder its self in a foam lined box in a rucksack to protect it so a remote wouldn’t be a bad idea but infa red wouldn’t work in this setup
