Which one MV500,MV5 or PC8?

Hello!

I read reviews here and I need some help,so if you could help me I would be grateful.I'm searching for a camcorder that would
suit me.After reading reviews for two months I still havent been able to decide which one,but somehow I have narowed my search to these models:

Canon MV5

Canon MV500 or MV550i

Sony PC8

Since I don't have any chance to try them out before I buy them this would be where you could help me.In reviews the MV500
and the PC8 have almost similar features,but which one is better in terms of manual control and picture quality?Sound is not
important since I am going to edit video on my PC and add sound there.

I will be buying camcorder soon so I would be most grateful if you could answer me.

I have an am disapointed with my MV500 which I paid £650 for.
It soes everything fine but is just to bland for me.
If you want to buy - its going cheap.

I've borrowed a 550i and have to report that I'm glad I didn't buy one! The picture quality is simply not up to it.

It does however have an excellent analogue/digital converter facility.
