Deleting a file from within studio will only delete the link to the file and not the actual file. The album only shows a shortcut to the files.
You will need to delete the file from Windows to free up the space.

When you save a file (within Studio) you will be requested for a name and a location. Remember these.
Then from my computer or Windows explorer find the file, highlight it by clicking on it and then right click on it and from the drop down menu select 'delete'. Then go to the recycle bin and delete the file from there.
You will now have freed up your disk space!
