PC Monitor Adjusting Tools

Hi everybody,

This is my first post so firstly I would like to thank AV Forums and everybody who are kind enough to take the time to answer my questions.

I have a Sony DCR-PC115E Pal camcorder and I have noticed that the recording I take based on the LCD screen of the camcorder come out a lot darker when viewed on a tv or pc monitor. Contrast and brightness are probably all screwed up on the camcorder. I am looking for a picture adjustment tool for pal video so that I can adjust my computer monitor (Sony Multiscan G420) to the correct brightness and colors so that I have a reference for matching the picture of the camcorder's LCD display.

Thanks again in advance to everyone who answer.
