I have 2 x Sony TRV-33 Camcorders, one for work and a personal one. The work unit has failed. It will play back but when not record, all I get is a blank screen. Quick read of forums suggests Camcorder may have an inherent fault with CCD. Worried in case my personal one develops same fault. Can I get work one repaired and personal one checked anywhere under warranty ??

I suggest calling them.
I thought they set a deadline which passed at end of 2007, though that particular notice doesn't specify one.
