J V C Hard drive- MPG4

My hard drive cam corder when downloaded to my pc comes out as ppp file and i cant seem to convert it so i can show my videos on "you tube" and "bebo".
Can any one out there help me ??

Still finding it hard to convert from PPP File to my hard drive

You need to say which JVC model ?Everio??
I dont know that any file format has a PPP extension

I thought they generally output as mpeg2 (*.mod) which is easy to convert

It`s a J V C 20GB Hard disk drive

That is a brand and HDD size, not a model no
IS it meant to record Mp4 or mpeg2? Even as Mpeg4 Im unfamiliar with a *.ppp file name
