A golden oldie: JVC DVM 90

I have a question?

I have a JVC DVM 90 which I brought a couple years ago from the US, second hand.

Does that automatically mean that it will be NTSC or is there a possibility it might be PAL or switchable?

Any idea where I might be able to get another one of these or the DVM 80 as they fit into this specific underwater housing

I ve tried ebay but to no avail
