Sony DCR-DVD203E

Hi everyone,
While using my Sony camcorder I was trying to begin filming in nightshot mode. Camcorder was powered on but was not recording. While trying to slide the nightshot switch to on I inadvertently pressed the open button. Result was that the camcorder ejected the dvd. When I put it back in the screen just showed a disc error and the code C:13:02. If I put the disc into my pc it says the disc has zero free space but also has nothing on it. Have tried Isobuster but to no avail. Any help would be gratefully appreciated as all of our New Years Eve celebrations were on it.
