Archiving video with pinnacle

Hi,

I am quite a novice, when it comes to using pinnacle and thats the reason why I bought it as compared to other softwares.(supposed ease of use !!). I can capture video fairly well, but when I try to convert the format to MPEG or if I try to burn the video to a VCD, I get a common error stating nothing to create -- the current project is empty.

Can someone kindly throw some light on what do I need to do next.

Thankx

RTFM

Seriously, although this may be grandmother egg sucking, have you actually put anything on to the timeline? You capture the video and it appears as scenes in your album at the top. If all you want to do is copy it out as is, with no editing, select all the scenes and drag them straight on to the album. Then do your create thing.

Good luck, Andrew
