Ulead MF6+ and blu ray

Wonder if anyone can help.

firstly I'd like to know whether the software can be used to author/burn blu ray disks onto DVD-/+R media?

There seems to be a plug in for MF6+ called the HD Pack. I don't know whether this comes with the full version but I'd also like to know whether this would do what I'm after?
