Best software for importing HDV?

I'm sure this has been asked before so may just need directing to a previous thread.

I have Click to DVD BD but also have Ulead Movie Maker. Will either of those do?

Also what Windows Based software will deal with 25P footage from the HV20 and can this footage be played by a PS3?

I think most software which can edit HDV will also handle the 25p (it is 24p which is a problem). Sony Vegas certainly can do it. A HV20 25p video edited with Vegas here
