My First Digital Camcorder?

Hi there, Im looking to buy my first digital camcorder but am not sure which one, can anyone help advise me? The following is a list of what is important to me:

Either JVC, Panasonic or Sony
Budget around £700
Mini DV format
LCD
DV out
Litium Ion Battery (good lasting)
Must have excellent INFRARED capability for filming in very dark places i.e. in a cemetry, haunted houses etc. to capture orbs.
