Prices are correct, but they are from a "marketplace" supplier, these have high delivery charges (£4.50 per item I believe). So they aren't a good deal. You are better to order from amazon direct, spend over £15 and get free postage

i have far more tapes than i need for now but are you saying that if someone were to purchase 10 tapes at those prices each tape wpould cost 4£.50 post,that is crazy do they think we are mad,oh well

Yes that is correct; each tape would have £4.50 postage. You can see their marketplace delivery rates here

They are classified as Electronics & Photo, and that is £4.00 per item plus 0.50 per kg. They sell them in packs of 1 so you have to pay postage for each one.
