Cheapest way to capture VGA or Component

What's the cheapest way to capture VGA or component HD video?
I.e. I want to capture the Xbox 360 menus.
TIA

Re: Cheapest way to capture VGA or Component

I'm not sure if the Sweetspot card can capture HD

If not then hold on tight to your wallet and have a look Here

Mark.
