what capture card??

I'm looking to buy a capture card with a firewire port that can record from my tv and play back just like a video without and loss of quality.
And also if it has a fm radio tuner it would be a bonus.
I would like to hook my micromv sony camcorder to it and edit my movies so any recommendations would be great thanks.

Look at the pinnacle studio 8 deluxe, this is an analog to DV card, with a firewire port.

Or a canopus ADVC-100 or ADVC-50, which are both Analog to DV convertors
