dvd compat

can someone tell me If I record to dvd recordable disc will this work on a japanese pc?

Depends on the type of recordable DVD you use and the end drive they read it with. Sorry, can't help anymore without more information.

As to Video formats, PCs can read any DVD video format, PAL/NTSC, and so far as I know, recorded DVDs are Region 0 anyway. Japan is also Region 2, as those in the know about importing DVDs will point out. So shouldn't be any problems in terms of video.
