Hi

I'm relocating soon and have to go househunting in a couple of weeks. My other half can't make it so I've decided it would be a good idea to video the outside and inside of some potential properties.

So I'm looking for a low cost camcorder, £200 absolute tops, but preferably cheaper. Needs to be small, and work well indoors. Don't need any bells and whistles.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

You cant get a Sony DCR-HC27E for £160 new and from a high street store (probably a bit cheaper on the web)
A good point and shoot cam.
No bells and whistles and "nightshot" to help you see in those dark places
